โฐ Late / No-Show / Cancellation Policy
- Please contact us if you are more than 10 minutes late.
- We will do our best to hold your appointment and accommodate you.
- If we do not hear from you, your appointment may be treated as a walk-in.
- No extra charge for cancellations or late arrivals โ we kindly ask that you call or message us in advance.
๐ Guarantee Policy
- We do NOT guarantee regular polish.
- We offer a 7-day guarantee for:
- Acrylic nails
- Gel polish
- Issues related to application during your service
- If you experience any issues, please call us and schedule an appointment, and we will fix it free within 7 days.
- This guarantee covers:
- Breakage due to thin application
- Lifting, chipping, or service-related issues
- This guarantee does NOT cover:
- Damage from excessive force (hitting, breaking, bleeding nails)
- Nail biting or picking
- Filing or altering nails at home
๐ต Refund Policy
- All services are non-refundable.
- We are happy to fix any issues within the 7-day guarantee period, but no refunds will be given.

- Any concerns reported after 7 days will be subject to repair charges.
