โฐ Late / No-Show / Cancellation Policy

  • Please contact us if you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • We will do our best to hold your appointment and accommodate you.
  • If we do not hear from you, your appointment may be treated as a walk-in.
  • No extra charge for cancellations or late arrivals โ€” we kindly ask that you call or message us in advance.

  • We do NOT guarantee regular polish.
  • We offer a 7-day guarantee for:
    • Acrylic nails
    • Gel polish
    • Issues related to application during your service
  • If you experience any issues, please call us and schedule an appointment, and we will fix it free within 7 days.
  • This guarantee covers:
    • Breakage due to thin application
    • Lifting, chipping, or service-related issues
  • This guarantee does NOT cover:
    • Damage from excessive force (hitting, breaking, bleeding nails)
    • Nail biting or picking
    • Filing or altering nails at home

  • All services are non-refundable.
  • We are happy to fix any issues within the 7-day guarantee period, but no refunds will be given.
